I spent Christmas at this hotel, and I loved the location! It’s just a short walk from the station and close to all the main attractions. The festive atmosphere in the area was a huge bonus too! The staff were super friendly and spoke English, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

On the downside, the room was pretty small and lacked decoration, making it feel a bit dull. The tiny window didn't help either, and I could smell smoke in my non-smoking room, which might bother those with allergies. it's a decent option, but it feels more like a business spot than a cozy getaway.

I had a great stay overall; the value for the price was solid, and my room was neat and clean with all the basics covered. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the train station and main attractions, plus the staff were friendly and always ready to help.

The hotel property was unbeatable with exceptionally nice location just next door to otaru station / bus terminal, and a close to main train station. The staff was fabulously helpful and professional throughout the day. Double room included central heating, TV and a refrigerator. We appreciated the stay, it was a perfect experience.

The breakfast here is made fresh and packed with delicious Japanese dishes and seafood. It's got everything you could possibly want, like 🍣.

I like hotel for its centralised location. It is within walking distance to jr Sapporo Station at the north and Odori Park and Susukino district in the south.

Even as an affordable inn, it should at least provide Wifi facilities in the building and a microwave in the common pantry.

Beautifully maintained room with an en suite bathroom. Location just off close to main train station, Sapporo station, Odori Park, and Susukino. - Easy to navigate by JR Tower landmark.

convenient location, value for money,simple breakfast provided having in the room, reasonable price compare from near by hotel, honest staff, i left my smart phone on the bed when check out early morning, went back at night to get back, they returned to me, appreciated!

We had a smooth check-in process and the location was excellent, just a short walk from the JR station. The breakfast spread was sumptuous and the staff even prepared a small gift for my toddler. Additionally, the rates we booked through their website were great.

Excellent location & helpful staffs

The location is very good. All famous Sapporo tourist sites are within walking. The hotel waiter and waitress are very nice. All in all, I like it very much.

The facility is a little bit old. I stayed there for three days, but 2 bulbs were broken.
